Past experience lets Densel determine if client’s wishes or requirements are possible before they spend a lot of time and money, which is why he conducts all pre-construction meetings. Here are some easy, but important facts that must be determined before anything can proceed:
Are the changes permitted by code?
Are the changes permitted by zoning?
What are the structural limitations?
Once we determine that there isn’t a problem from one of the above, we are ready to proceed with plans and a detailed SCOPE OF WORK. We may do the plans in house for smaller jobs; such as interior only work, but we use our design team member for jobs that require permits.
